A Little About Laith

Laith is the COO of Revelation Gold Group, where he focuses on building a strong, values-driven team that treats every client like family. With a master’s in industrial-organizational psychology, he takes a people-first approach to leadership, ensuring both his team and clients feel supported, heard, and confident every step of the way.

A Slice of His Life

Outside of work, Laith enjoys going to church with his mom, traveling, and trying new foods and experiences. He’s visited 27 countries and nearly as many states, and enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and road trips along the way. His favorite national park is Yosemite.

His Strengths and Responsibilities

As COO, Laith leads team development, operations, and client experience at Revelation Gold Group. His strength lies in building high-performing teams and creating a culture rooted in trust, accountability, and growth. He works closely with his team to ensure every client interaction reflects the company’s values and commitment to doing what’s right.

Family Time

As the oldest of four siblings, Laith is very close with his family and takes that role seriously, always being there to guide and support them through life’s different stages.
